I've been an Adium user for years, although lately I've split 50/50 between Adium and Yahoo clients. (Yahoo made some improvements and seems to have recommitted to the Mac.) Adding Twitter capability to chat seems like a natural win. But looking at how it works I'm kind of wondering if it doesn't blow the point. Twitter is a bit more than group chat.
